One of the many gimmicks agents use to get you to list your home is the HOME SOLD GUARANTEE PROGAM. Importatant questions to ask are:
How many times have you purchased your client's homes?
What price did you purchase the home for compared to what it was originally offered for?
What did you end up selling this home for once you purchased it?
How long will you list my home for?
Am I required to sign price reductions?
Having attended these courses in the past that train agents to use this program, understand that if an agent does need to purchase your home as promised, they have failed along the way. Either they priced your home too high, didn't have the necessary price reductions, or the contract period was too short.
